Actuated Clamp Encapsulated Ball Valve

Wayland W6BVETC-A combines a three-piece encapsulated sanitary ball valve with a rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator for automated quarter-turn control. It features clamp process connections and is available in double-acting, normally closed and normally open configurations.

Oversized spring-return configurations are published for 2-1/2", 3" and 4" valves.

How to Specify

Wayland actuated-ball-valve part numbers combine the valve body, actuator family, optional actuator configuration and operating mode.

R1 identifies an RPA spring-return actuator.
R2 identifies an RPA double-acting actuator.
Option 1 identifies reverse (clockwise) rotation.
Option 2 identifies the next larger actuator size.
NC means normally closed; NO means normally open. Double-acting configurations do not use an operating-mode suffix.

Ordering example: W6BVETC-P-1-R1NC specifies a 1-inch 316L clamp encapsulated ball valve with PTFE seats and seals, an RPA063SR11 spring-return actuator and normally closed operation.

For reverse-rotation or oversized-actuator options, confirm the complete ordering suffix with Wayland.
