HX Series Manual Butterfly Valve

Wayland BFVHXTC-TP is a field-serviceable HX Series sanitary butterfly valve with Tri-Clamp process ends and a 12-position black plastic trigger handle. The forged stainless-steel body and disc are available in 304 or 316L, with FDA-approved EPDM, silicone or FKM seats.


Manual Valve Features

  • Field serviceable; no special tools required
  • Vacuum rating: 0.2 inches Hg at 68°F
  • Low resistance to flow and bi-directional operation
  • Wetted surfaces are 25 Ra or better
  • Flush bolting on 1/2-inch through 4-inch sizes supports a positive seal without over-compression
  • Separate bolt holes allow quick actuator mounting without removing body bolts
  • Opposing body-bolt design resists loosening from vibration or cycling
  • Double-D stem on 1/2-inch through 3-inch sizes; square stem profile on 4-inch and 6-inch sizes
  • Thicker disc and stem for maximum-pressure applications
